Balancing Controller Series eb4500
Elaso balancing systems can be used in new grinding machines and also in nearly all elder systems by retrofitting. The balancing controller for fully automatic or manual balancing of grinding wheels is available as table top or built-in unit (even for the integration into a 19” rack).

Balancing and Structure-borne Sound Controller ebg1500
Elaso ebg 1500 is a combination of a balancing system with a structure-borne sound system. The possibility of integration in grinding machines is the same as of eb4500.

Internal Balancing Heads Series ebz
Elaso offers various internal balancing heads for the integration in grinding spindles. The balancing heads are wire-bound and wire-less available. Elaso even offers external balancing heads for machines where the implementation of internal balancing heads is not possible.

Structure-borne Sound Controller USC4000
Elaso structure-borne Sound Controllers, such as the USC4000, are used together with the measurement control MEITEC CS100 in some of our customers’ grinding and finishing machines, enabling an ideal combination of data acquisition and process monitoring.
